Your wholesale order desk

See the wholesale email work OrderJay completes for you, the supported systems, and how to get started.

OrderJay takes routine wholesale email work off your team: price answers, stock checks, order entry and status replies. With Run enabled, it completes supported jobs automatically—from looking up the records to sending the reply.

The work OrderJay completes for you

Price questions

“What’s our price for 24 units?”

A reply using the buyer’s prices and quantity rules.

Stock checks

“Do you have 24 in stock?”

An answer based on current inventory.

Purchase orders

“Please place the attached order.”

An order using the company’s recorded location and terms, read back from the connected business system before completion.

Order status

“Where’s our order?”

A reply with the available order and fulfilment information.

These examples show routine outcomes. If a buyer, product, quantity or result cannot be verified, the job needs your team. Address changes, disputes and other non-routine requests also go to a person.

Before you get started

  • Your wholesale customers send orders and questions by email.
  • Your business system has customer contacts, purchasing locations, products with SKUs, prices and payment terms set up.
  • You can configure email forwarding for your wholesale mailbox.

OrderJay uses the records you already maintain. A location that cannot be served is identified during connection, so you can resolve the issue before enabling work for it.

Use your existing business records

OrderJay does not invent customer, pricing, inventory or order information. It uses the connected business system you already maintain as the authoritative record for each supported job. One workspace uses one business system; the first connection establishes it, and changing providers later is not currently supported.

Install OrderJay from the Shopify App Store. Shopify B2B on Basic, Grow, Advanced and Plus is supported today. Capability is checked per company location rather than assumed from the Shopify plan name.

Shopify provides the company, location, buyer-specific pricing, payment terms, inventory and order records used for each job. Prepare your Shopify store.

Using Zoho Inventory + Books?

Zoho Inventory + Books is in private beta and is not open for self-serve sign-up. One JP-hosted organisation has been verified end to end. Contact us about your setup.

To obtain your organisation’s own total, OrderJay creates a draft Estimate or Sales Order and deletes it when it is no longer needed. This also happens in Watch and leaves a document number and activity-log entry. Zoho is never asked to email your customer.

Keep your wholesale email address

Forward your wholesale emails to the intake address shown in Connections. Forwarding leaves the original mailbox in place: OrderJay does not move, label or delete messages there. Replies go out in the same conversation under your store’s name from the first day; verify a domain you own and they leave from your own address instead.

Set up forwarding and replies.

  1. 1

    Start in Watch

See the proposed reply or order against your own records. Nothing is sent or finalized; on Shopify, nothing is written. Zoho’s temporary pricing drafts are described above.

  2. 2

    Choose what can run

Enable individual kinds of work for selected companies, within limits you set.

  3. 3

    Step in when needed

Check why a job stopped and choose from the actions offered. You can move any kind of work back to Watch.

Set limits and handle exceptions.

PlanUSD / monthCompleted jobs / month
Starter$99150
Growth$249600
Scale$5991,500

Plans are per workspace and include a 14-day trial. A job counts once, when it completes with something sent or placed, on its own or after your press. Watch predictions and jobs that stop with you do not count. Shopify subscriptions are billed through Shopify; the Zoho private beta is not billed through Shopify.

What has been verified?

Read the recorded live examples
  • 31 Aug 2026 — A retailer’s price question priced from live Shopify records at 552.24 USD, held, and answered from the merchant’s own address.
  • 3 Sep 2026 — The same loop on a real Zoho organisation: a Sales Order placed on the organisation’s own totals — a test organisation, so the reply reached nobody.
  • 13 Sep 2026 — The first order through the public app: Order #1010 created, confirmed to the buyer and delivered — on a development store.

A person selected the delivery location during the Shopify quote run. The Zoho run used a test organisation and did not send a customer reply. These are specific verification examples, not measurements of customer results.
