How billing works
What you pay for, and when
What counts as a job
A job counts once, when it completes with something sent or placed — on its own or after your one press. What Watch only predicted, and a job that stops with you, doesn’t count.
Past your plan
Go past your plan’s jobs and nothing stops or slows down — we suggest the next plan.
No free plan
Every plan has a 14-day trial of everything — Watch, and sending once you turn it on.
When the trial ends
You choose the plan when you install. Shopify starts billing it, in USD, after the 14 days. Uninstall before then and nothing is billed (Shopify on app charges).
Per workspace, per month
Plans are fixed monthly subscriptions, per workspace, billed by Shopify. One store per workspace.
Zoho Inventory + Books
Private beta, by arrangement. Pricing is agreed separately and invoiced.

About the price
Does it finish the order, or leave me a draft order?
It completes the order in Shopify after the cancel window and sends the confirmation. Leaving a draft order for you to finish is a setting, off by default.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan has a 14-day trial of everything. Uninstall before the trial ends and nothing is billed.
Does it send invoices?
No. The confirmation names the payment terms; invoicing stays with you.
