For wholesale brands on Shopify B2B
Emailed wholesale orders, completed in Shopify B2B
Your retailers reorder by email — in the body, on your order form, as a PDF or a spreadsheet — and someone retypes each one into a Shopify draft order, checks the price and the stock, completes it and writes back.
OrderJay does that from the same records. The order is created in Shopify, not left as a draft order, and the retailer gets the confirmation.

The retailer’s mailbox
What comes back to you
It stops only when there is something to decide
A job you have handed over completes without a check from you. When your records can’t settle it, it arrives prepared.
A sender nobody knows
No reply of any kind. If it really is a buyer at one of your companies, add them once; they are a buyer from then on.
A line that names no product, or two
The candidates are shown; pick one. Tick “Remember this for Harbor Goods” and the name resolves next time.
A quantity outside the location’s rule
The order comes back at the nearest valid quantity, ready to place.
A different ship-to in the message
The order stays locked to the address on file; one press sends it there. The address in an email never changes where goods go.
Not enough stock
The order comes back with the lines that can ship now.
“The usual”
The last order’s lines are prepared; one press repeats it. It is never repeated on its own.
A change of address, payment or contact
Always yours. Nothing is prepared.
Each answer you give — a product name, a variant, a unit, a buyer — is kept, so the same question is not asked twice.
For emailed wholesale orders
What to know before you hand them over
What it reads
The email itself, PDFs and scans, Word, Excel and CSV, photos, EDI exports. Orders arrive by email; text and chat apps are not read.
The PO number travels
The retailer’s PO number is on the Shopify order and in the confirmation. A PO that was already used is stopped, not placed twice.
“The usual” comes back to you
With the last order’s lines prepared and one press to repeat it. It is never repeated on its own.
Minimums and increments
A quantity below a location’s minimum, or off its increment, comes back at the nearest valid quantity.
Your retailers are your B2B buyers
A sender must be a buyer on one of your Shopify B2B companies. Retailers kept in a wholesale app other than Shopify’s own B2B are not served.
No invoices
The confirmation names the payment terms. Invoicing and chasing payment stay with you.
Hand over the next order.
Starts in Watch mode, which places and sends nothing. When you turn sending on, orders go through with no per-order approval.
