For wholesale brands on Shopify B2B
Wholesale by email on Shopify Basic, Grow or Advanced
Since April 2026, Shopify B2B — companies, company locations, payment terms, quantity rules and B2B catalogs through markets — is on Basic, Grow and Advanced as well as Plus. Direct company catalogs and deposits are Plus only.
On every plan, the price on an emailed order is Shopify’s calculation for the company location, the terms are the location’s, and the order is completed and confirmed.

Shopify lists what each plan includes in Shopify B2B features by plan. What follows is what that means for orders your retailers email.
The account’s price, on every plan
The price is Shopify’s own calculation for the company location, whatever priced it — on Basic, a B2B catalog for a market does. Nothing is estimated outside Shopify.
The location’s terms and address
The order carries the location’s payment terms, such as Net 30, and ships to the address on file for it.
Checked per location, not per plan name
When you connect, each company location is checked for what B2B ordering needs, and you are told what to fix. Basic and Plus have been measured on development stores; Grow and Advanced are verified against Shopify’s documentation, not yet on a store.
What stops on your plan
A retailer buying in another currency stops as an exception. For a location that asks for a deposit, an order stops and a price question is answered without a terms line — nothing is guessed.
